1. Introduction
ZONE OUT is a luxury fragrance brand and product of Prasanta Communications, a partnership firm based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, account, cart, checkout, and related services, and any purchase of ZONE OUT products.
Our storefront is intended for customers in India. We ship only within India. By using ZONE OUT or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order. By using ZONE OUT, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are providing accurate information.
We deliver only to shipping addresses in India. Orders with addresses outside India will not be fulfilled.
3. Accounts
You may create an account using your mobile phone number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your phone and OTP codes secure and for activity under your account.
Provide accurate profile and address details. You may update them in your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorisation.
4. Products & Descriptions
ZONE OUT products are Extrait de Parfum compositions intended for personal use. Product names, descriptions, notes, and images on the site are for guidance. Fragrance perception varies by skin, climate, and individual preference; we do not guarantee that a scent will match every expectation.
We may update product information, imagery, or packaging from time to time. Minor variations that do not materially affect the product are not grounds for a claim under these Terms.
5. Pricing & Availability
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice. Availability depends on stock and may change at any time.
If we discover a pricing or availability error after you place an order, we may cancel or adjust the order and will notify you. Where you have already paid, we will refund amounts paid for cancelled items as applicable.
6. Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin fulfilment. Payment is collected on a prepaid basis through our payment partners. Order status is available in your account where applicable.
We may refuse or cancel an order, including where:
- Payment fails or is not completed.
- Products are unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
- We suspect fraud, abuse, or inaccurate information.
- The order does not comply with these Terms (for example, a non-India shipping address).
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship only within India via pan-India courier partners. Delivery timelines shown at checkout or in communications are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to logistics partners, weather, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are limited to damaged products or wrong-product deliveries. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide a continuous unboxing video. We do not accept change-of-mind or voluntary returns of opened or unwanted fragrance bottles.

9. Cancellations
You may cancel an order only while payment is still pending. Once an order is paid, cancellation is no longer available and any return must follow the returns process described above. Full details are on our Cancellation Policy page.
10. Intellectual Property
The ZONE OUT name, logos, product names, website design, text, imagery, and other content are owned by Prasanta Communications or used under licence. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in a way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the storefront or related systems without authorisation.
- Misrepresent your identity or place fraudulent orders.
- Resell or commercially redistribute ZONE OUT products in an unauthorised manner beyond personal use.
12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Prasanta Communications and ZONE OUT disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order or use of the site will not exceed the amount you paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment of a fragrance, where such exclusion is allowed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prasanta Communications and its partners from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ZONE OUT.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of ZONE OUT after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
